Account Executive

As Account Executive you will be an important member of our team, helping to support the management of client relationships and projects on some of our key accounts.  You will be learning and demonstrating good project and account management skills and will support the management of client projects from brief through to implementation. You will learn the practical implications of delivering corporate communications, including annual and sustainability reporting, through design across multiple channels – including print, digital and film.


Main duties of role:

  • Supporting projects from inception to delivery including helping to collate documentation such as briefs, budgets and schedules (under supervision), and helping to liaise with our internal teams (design and production) to deliver work to clients
  • Acting as a point of coordination, liaising with clients and third parties (photographers, copywriters, printers etc.)
  • Working with the design and production teams to help ensure we meet deadlines and deliver work that meet clients’ expectations
  • Being a junior point of contact for our clients to discuss immediate requests,
    manage diaries for meetings etc.
  • Assisting in the financial management of projects in terms of updating forecasts, budgets and billing schedules. Liaising with the Finance team to provide accurate information and to support the Account Managers and Directors
  • Liaising with our design and production managers to help ensure effective allocation of resource to fulfill projects based on deadlines and budgets
  • Helping to support the team through the creative design and the production / implementation stages of all projects
  • Attending client meetings and presentations when relevant, taking minutes and providing succinct and useful meeting notes
  • Supporting with the creation and delivery of corporate comms content and events targeted at clients and new business prospects
  • Ad-hoc research into corporate and sustainability reporting
