PowerPoint Specialist.

Title: PowerPoint Specialist
Reporting to: Production Director
Location: 3 Pancras Square, King’s Cross
Employment type: Full-time

As a PowerPoint Specialist, you’ll be part of our talented production team, supporting both the creative and client services teams on key projects. Your role will involve creating technically accurate and well-functioning PowerPoint presentations and templates from scratch, based on supplied designs created in InDesign.

You’ll also be responsible for artworking presentations produced both internally and by clients. And although this isn’t a creative role, having a creative eye is essential.

Main duties of role:

  • Providing skilled and technically accurate input and support on all aspects of PowerPoint-specific projects
  • Collaborating with the design team to enhance the quality of presentations and templates, ensuring the results meet both our creative standards and our clients’ expectations, while preserving the integrity of the original designs
  • Serving as a point of contact for our client service and creative teams to discuss PowerPoint-related work, leveraging your experience and knowledge to address challenges and limitations associated with PowerPoint
  • Understanding our quality control and file management systems and employing a consistent and methodical approach to filing
  • Ensuring all work is delivered accurately and on time.

Key attributes:

  • A good working knowledge of PowerPoint
  • Experience using InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
