For Thom, innovation is the lifeblood of creative businesses, allowing them to push the boundaries of design. He has embraced digital communications, film and animation and made them integral to Conran Design Group's offer. Thom co‑founded 35 Communications in 2003 which merged with Conran Design Group following its aquisition by the Havas Group in 2008.

Lee champions creativity at Conran Design Group. He believes fundamentally in the value of design to business and uses the language of design to articulate simple, compelling truths about brands. Lee advises many of the agency's large international clients, including Shell, Rolls-Royce, Freshfields and Visa.
