We opened our office in India in early 2021. Launching a new regional hub during global lockdowns was perhaps an unusual move but we couldn’t be happier with our progress in the region and the exciting opportunities that we are generating.
Thom is responsible for the overall leadership of Conran Design Group across all of our regional operations; UK, US and India. He works closely with both clients and internal teams and provides brand and communications advice at leadership level on key global accounts.
Thom works with our clients to ensure their business objectives are met through the implementation of effective brand strategy. He led the recent global rebrand of Reckitt, the launch, renaming and repositioning of Clario and a range of other client assignments across multiple business sectors.
Thom is inspired by the transformative effect that great design can have on business and society and is focused on continuing the growth and development of Conran to attract great talent, build an open, empowering and supportive culture and deliver world class brand and design work.
Executive Creative Director
Responsible for creative standards at Conran, Lee is passionate about solving problems through powerful, communication-driven design. He has held the role of design and creative director at many of the UK’s leading branding agencies including Brand Union, Bamber Forsyth and Fitch.
Lee has extensive experience across a broad range of design disciplines, enabling him to inspire and build a multi-disciplinary team of designers to maintain the highest levels of creativity across the agency. More recently Lee has led the creative team to deliver major rebranding programmes for clients such as Reckitt, Danone and Clario.
Lee believes that the best brands are created through a close working partnership with clients – fostering a collaborative approach that delivers authentic creative ideas that are strategically grounded, encourage participation and make a meaningful difference to people's lives.
Managing Partner, Mumbai
Geet is responsible for the leadership of Conran Design Group’s operations in India. Her role involves working closely with clients to ensure brand and business impact.
Geet has over 19 years of marketing and brand experience across New York and Mumbai. At Conran, she led the recent rebranding of Cadilla Healthcare to Zydus and is partnering with current clients to deliver transformative results on product launches, naming and brand identity creation and packaging projects to name a few. In a previous role, Geet was a part of the brand strategy team at Indian Hotels (Taj).
Geet is inspired by the power of design to drive brand and business advantage to clients. Having worked both client and agency side, Geet understands and is inspired by Conran’s vision to deliver on both strategic consultancy as well as design led and impactful execution.
Head of Design, Mumbai
Mayuri is responsible for spearheading the creative stewardship and shaping the creative vision for Conran Design Group, Mumbai.
Mayuri helps clients to realise strategic brand transformations through impact and relevance and has worked on brands including Abbott, Microsoft, Nestle, Nivea, Paperboat, PepsiCo, TATA and Viacom 18. She has led award-winning projects through her expertise in design strategy, creative direction, deep understanding of culture and consumer behaviour as well as contextual trend-spotting. At Conran, she led the brand transformation for Zydus.
Mayuri is inspired by tackling problems through the power of good design. A people person – she finds motivation in collaborative efforts driven by human stories.
Urja is responsible for the overall client services function at Conran Design Group, Mumbai. Besides managing key accounts, she is also actively involved in the strategy and business development function of the agency.
Urja has 12 years of experience across the different stages of brand building – naming, identity creation, packaging, retail design and stakeholder communications. Some of her key clients have included Aditya Birla, Reliance, Vodafone, ITC, Future Group, Adani, Zydus amongst others.
Urja is inspired by the value a strategic cohesive brand can add to a business. She also is a keen observer of people and culture and believes it’s the most important way for a brand to truly find its connect.
Director of Business Development
Souvik is responsible for growing our client base in India while bolstering our reputation in brand strategy and design.
With more than eight years’ experience in the hospitality sector in corporate sales, key account management and business development, he has worked closely with clients such as BCG, McKinsey & Company, HSBC, Disney Star and GSK.
Souvik is passionate about branding and brand expression and is excited to play a part in Conran’s growth and continued success in India.
Vanaja’s key areas of expertise are brand building and packaging design. Her versatile advertising and design experience spans more than 10 years, working with established brands like Himalaya Herbals, Baggit, Bengaluru International Airport, Karbonn Mobiles, Megamart, Arvind Mills, Ozee and Aegis.
Vanaja’s design is influenced by the use of bold colours and rich Indian heritage; she believes that regional cultural nuance combined with high global technical standards is what creates the best creative work.
Eheeta uses design thinking to craft compelling creative concepts for clients. Through many years’ experience working with brands like Aditya Birla Group, Converse, Future Group and Kessaku by Phoenix, Eheeta has developed expertise in brand identity, packaging and illustration. A strong emphasis on the process and strategy behind a brand is what makes her work truly meaningful.
Eheeta finds inspiration in the opportunity to learn something new every day. She believes that growth and good communication are essential; they help her build better narratives and more powerful ideas for our clients.
Yasser joined Conran having completed the Havas Spark internship programme in 2022. As an Account Executive, he works to ensure our clients receive meaningful solutions to their challenges.
Yasser enjoys working for a global design-led strategic agency because it allows him to gain a better understanding of how brand perception, brand identity and packaging can transform businesses and drive growth.
Sreerag translates design strategy and creative briefs into impactful visual assets across brand touchpoints and media. With experience in both creative and production, he’s able to craft design solutions that bring brand worlds to life.
Sreerag’s passion for motion design, filmmaking and photography helps him build truly immersive visual experiences; he has a real interest in the intersectionality of creativity and logic, and believes in the power of purposeful visuals to build meaningful brand experiences.
