Using advanced insights, we defined our target audience persona to help focus the product development, R&D and marketing activities towards a single demographic. Next, through a robust naming process we developed and trademarked the new name, Clario. We then defined the brand model, articulating the vision, mission, values and proposition that underpin the brand and drive each interaction with every stakeholder.
