In 2021, HTC – incorporating Ciber and Caretech – decided to launch and operate as one unified brand. We were commissioned to develop a new brand solution that would challenge the category’s conventions and help internal and external stakeholders better understand HTC’s role in the digital future.

Through our series of collaborative workshops with their senior leadership team, we developed a new brand model for HTC, crafting their renewed vision, mission, tagline and values to support the communication of their evolving brand and organisation. This process helped clarify and reinforce what HTC stands for: excellent services, customer focus, responsiveness and agility, and a sense of care towards employees.

The new visual identity was inspired by HTC’s transformational customer benefits of bringing human expertise to the world of tech. Our creative solution included a new dynamic, evolving logo that adapts to the requirements of different channels.

To create an impactful launch and enable consistent brand management, we developed clear guidance on use, particularly around the brand’s flexible elements. We also developed a flexible design system to support their brand and marketing teams to embrace the new approach and drive consistency across every touchpoint.
