The starting point for the 2021 annual report was to ‘hit the reset button’: setting out Nokia’s new purpose, behaviours and strategic commitments, and integrating sustainability into the core strategic narrative. The report provides context by setting out the history of the business and explaining the telecoms industry ecosystem it operates within. The voices of the leaders of the new business groups explain how Nokia’s innovative products and services are helping the company deliver on its purpose.

To amplify the company’s strategic renewal, we took a fresh look at activating the brand across the reporting suite. We helped communicate the concept of connection at the heart of Nokia’s new purpose: ‘we create technology that helps the world act together’. The clean aesthetic provides plenty of breathing space for the content.
